Policies bound on the platform are fully earned at the time of purchase with a minimum retained premium of 100%. Acknowledgement of this is contained with the terms & conditions; however, if there ever is a situation where we really need to cancel we could accommodate you off platform.
We want to make sure your client base is happy, and if there was a mistake in purchase we could do a refund, otherwise it is in everybody's interest for these small policies to be fully earned.
