60 Days Before Policy Expires

APOLLO will prepare your renewal application in the Broker Portal. You’ll then have the opportunity to update any details, coverages, and limits for the upcoming term in the portal, prior to the auto-renewal. You can also choose to opt out of renewing the policy. 

45 Days Before Policy Expires

APOLLO will send an email reminding you that you have 45 days until your policy expires, and that your policy will auto-renew in 30 days.

1 Day Before Policy Expires

APOLLO will send another email reminding you that your policy will auto-renew in one day, on the day of expiry.

Policy Will Auto-Renew

Your policy will auto-renew on the expiry date for all monthly commercial and personal insurance policies. This will ensure that there are no lapses in coverage.

NSF for Monthly Payment Options

If a payment has NSF due to insufficient funds, we will notify you asking to confirm payment details with your client. We will automatically retry again three times: 2 days, 5 days, and 9 days after your policy has expired. 

The policy will lapse 10 days after expiry if no payment is collected.

Technical Credit Card Issues

Regardless of the payment option, we will send an email notification if there is a technical issue with your client’s credit card on file. You will be required to update the payment details in order to process the payment.
