Special limits are used to limit the amounts that can be claimed for some valuable and high risk items. With Special limits in force, the insurance company will not pay out higher than the limited amount stated in the quote and policy wordings for those items. In this policy, special limits mainly apply to Jewelry, Bicycles, Personal Computers, Animals/Birds/Fish, Money/Gift Cards, Securities, Utility Trailers, Spare Auto Parts, Coin/ Stamp Collections, Collectable Cards, Comics and Freezer Food Spoilage. We do offer the option to purchase higher limits for most of these items for an additional premium.
