NSF for Annual Payment Options

If a payment has NSF due to insufficient funds, we will notify you asking to confirm payment details with your client. We will automatically retry again three times: 7 days before your policy expires, 1 day before your policy expires, and nine days after your policy has expired. 

The policy will lapse 10 days after expiry if no payment is collected.

NSF for Monthly Payment Options

If a payment has NSF due to insufficient funds, we will notify you asking to confirm payment details with your client. We will automatically retry again three times: 2 days, 5 days, and 9 days after your policy has expired. 

The policy will lapse 10 days after expiry if no payment is collected.

Technical Credit Card Issues

Regardless of the payment option, we will send an email notification if there is a technical issue with your client’s credit card on file. You will be required to update the payment details in order to process the payment.
