Product : Beauty Services | What are the mandatory eligibility requirements?

Here is a list to review to ensure you meet the requirements.

1. Minimum of three years industry experience.
2. Not more than 2 locations including home based or mobile business.
3. Annual Gross Revenue not more than $1 million.
4. Subcontractors must carry their own Insurance (Minimum $1MM).
5. Insured must have had Prior insurance. 
6. No claims in the last 5 years
7. No prior Insurance cancellations/non renewal
8. Any engagement in following activities is unacceptable:
   - Tattooing Parlours
   - Tanning Salons (Spray Tanning is ok)
   - Derma Fillers/Botox/Facial Implants
   - Spa
   - Cosmetic Procedures 
   - Laser or Facial Peels 
9. All Products used or sold in the business must comply with Industry and Government standards.
10. All employees, operations and locations are within Canada
11. Insured must keep a record of treatment cards or treatment records on file for at least 2 years.
