I want to lapse a renewal and stop receiving renewal reminder emails from APOLLO.
If a renewal is no longer required, you can lapse the renewal offer. Locate the policy renewal in your CRM by searching by policy holder name or using the renewal policy number. Click on the red DETAILS button to access the Renewal Application.
Once here, click the REMOVE FROM CRM button:
The following window will open so that you can update status to “Closed-Lost” and click Save.
By taking this action, you have confirmed that a renewal offer is not required and the renewal reminders will no longer be generated.
