APOLLO has a non-cancellation policy for many of the commercial products available on the Exchange. This policy is communicated throughout the application and purchasing process, including the checkout page, terms and conditions page, policy documents, etcetera.
This document serves to demonstrate each of the instances APOLLO’s cancellation policy is communicated, with the purpose to inform APOLLO’s broker partners on the options available to your client should they no longer require their insurance policy.
