If you have a Builders Risk policy that is set to expire, follow the steps below to request an extension and receive terms.
1. Access the Policy Record from the APOLLO CRM and select "Details" of the account you wish to extend.
2. Once you are on the Policy Record, select "Create Extension" from the dropdown
3. Complete the form as below:
4. If terms are satisfactory and your client consents to payment through their credit card on file, select "Purchase Extension".
5. Once payment has been accepted (could take up to 1-2 business days), you will receive confirmation of payment and instructions to download policy extension documents from the APOLLO Exchange.
If your request for extension falls outside of the eligibility requirements, once you submit your request our team is automatically notified at which time underwriters will review your extension request.
