Closing Leads Coming Through E-commerce

We recognize not every customer that starts an application through your website will make that final purchase without interacting with you. This article explains how you can track, follow up, and close those leads through the Exchange.

To see the e-commerce applications being generated through your website on the CRM, you need certain "permissions". By default, an Exchange user will only have permission to see applications they have generated themselves through the Marketplace. It is beneficial if your brokerage has an individual designated to following up on e-commerce leads coming through the website. This requires "e-commerce admin" permissions, which will allow the user to see all applications being generated by customers.
