Prior Insurance and eligibility

Yes, we do require prior insurance. It could be either one of the following:

1. A prior insurance policy for the same business or another similar business that Insured has owned
2. A policy that Insured has carried in the past while working as an independent contractor 
3. A prior policy in the same business name if the Insured is the new owner of an existing business.
