This policy does not offer a provision to add a landlord as an Additional Insured since the landlord has no insurable interest in any of the coverages being offered in this policy. Having said that, as a broker you may issue a Certificate of Insurance as a confirmation of valid insurance listing Landlord as a Certificate Holder.
