How do I speak to a live person using live chat

During our operating hours (Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm EST), you can reach us via Live Chat right on the Exchange.

There are pre-populated links and resources to help you efficiently. The Broker Resource Centre guides you in how to self-service your client on the CRM. Our Help Centre has helpful articles (like this) on the most frequently asked questions. Submitting a claim option will take you to the Apollo Cover homepage where there are instructions on how to submit a claim to us. Lastly, if you need help updating the payment method for your client, follow the easy instructions to do so. 

 

If none of those work, click on "Ask a question," and you'll be directed to our Bot. The intention of our bot is to assist you in finding the solutions to your inquiry by using the Exchange. If you have a specific question that only a live person can answer, select "Can I Speak to an Agent or UW". It will then prompt you to select "Talk to a person" afterwards.
