How Can I Obtain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on the Exchange?

If you need to obtain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your records or to provide to a third party, follow the steps below to generate one through your policy account.

Step 1: Access the Policy Detail Screen via the Exchange

  1. Log in to the Broker Exchange and navigate to your Policy Detail screen.
  2. In the Select Action dropdown menu, choose Generate AI COI.

Step 2: Complete the COI Information

  1. After selecting Generate AI COI, a form will appear.
  2. Fill in the required address details.
  3. Acknowledge both statements provided by checking the relevant boxes.
  4. Once all information is entered and acknowledged, click Save to download the COI to your documents.

Step 3: Download your COI

  1. Select Policy Download & Receipt Option from the Select Action dropdown list and download your certificate of insurance.

Please note that event names and dates are not printed on the COIs that auto-generate from the exchange.
